Participants of the Timeless Marketplace have raised brand awareness, accessed new markets, and attracted buyers and investors. We invite businesses and project owners from across Africa and the world to book a vendor or exhibition space at the AAGC Marketplace.

Vendors Please Note:

1. By registering and accepting the ‘Terms and Conditions’, you (the “Vendor”) accept full responsibility for all property which the Vendor displays or is authorized to display during the course of the AAG Conference in the allocated portion of the  Conference Centre premises. All liability for loss or damage of such property whatsoever shall be the sole risk of the exhibitor, notwithstanding that such loss or damage may have arisen through the inadvertent or negligent acts of any person attending the conference.
2. The Vendor shall protect the AAG Conference from and against any claim for any loss connected with or related to the presence and use of property.
3. The furnishing of any service or assistance shall not be construed to be any assumption of obligation or duty with respect to the protection of the property of the exhibitor, which shall at all times remain in the sole possession and custody of each vendor, and shall be the sole responsibility of each vendor.
4. AAG Conference reserves the right to cancel any Vendor booth registration and issue a refund registration at any time.
5. Booths cancelled by Vendors will receive NO refund.
6. The Vendor agrees to follow all building regulations for the Conference Venue.
7. The Vendor acknowledges that the AAG Conference booth policies have been read and understood.

8. The AAG Conference will be recorded. The AAG Conference reserves the rights to use any recordings for Marketing and Website purposes only. By attending the conference, the delegate / assistant consents to photography, audio recording, video recording its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising and inclusion on web sites. The Vendor releases AAG Conference, its officers, employees, and any persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the conference premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such exhibiting, broadcasting, webcasting, or other publication.
